Dear Fellow Recruiters:
It's a fact:
Recruiting is SALES,
pure and simple.
And yet, few recruiters have any basic
sales training, much less the special set of skills it takes to
"connect" with candidates and employers.
Information is Easy. Selling is Hard.
We all have access to the same people.
So why does one company make the hire and leave the others in the
dust? It could be the way the opportunity is framed, or the way a
concern is addressed, or the way a salary is negotiated. Think about it. If you can’t effectively:
Pitch a job
- Qualify a candidate - Handle objections
Sell your services
- Negotiate an offer
- Close
the sale
What’s your value to candidates or
hiring managers?
A Special Two-Part Webinar
If you’d like to improve your ability to communicate ideas and
understand and satisfy the needs of your candidates and hiring managers,
I hope you’ll join me for this exciting, two-part program.
Here's what you'll learn
from this fast-moving, two-part
webinar:
|
Part 1 - Thursday, March 25 at 12:00 Noon ET • 9:00 AM PT
Selling to Companies,

comes to influencing new and prospective employers! I’ll show you
how to: |
◊ |
Sell your ability to fill the job; |
◊ |

◊ |
Establish ground rules, methods,
terms and conditions; |
◊ |
Set expectations and deliverables; |
◊ |
Attain de facto
exclusivity; |
◊ |
Influence the terms of the offer;
and |
◊ |
Close the deal and get repeat
business. |
|
|
Part 2 - Friday, March
26
at 12:00 Noon ET • 9:00 AM PT
Recruiting
Active &
Passive Candidates |

share dozens of strategies and techniques, including how to: |
◊ |
Design a powerful recruiting script; |
◊ |
Sell a hot job opportunity; |
◊ |
Get referrals to other candidates; |
◊ |
Gather market information; |
◊ |
Handle concerns and overcome
obstacles; |
◊ |
Qualify for level of interest; |
◊ |
Pre-close to verify commitment;
and |
◊ |
Close—and protect—the placement. |
If you’d like to expand your
influence, improve your business relationships, assume more
authority, work more efficiently and make more money,
