Confirmation and Instructions
All registrants will receive email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed. Prior to the seminar, you'll receive a reminder, plus a few simple instructions regarding items to bring with you.

On Seminar Day
Check-in begins at 8:30 AM; the program starts promptly at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. Payment is due prior to the seminar. Lunch is on your own. Sorry, we don't validate parking.

What to Wear
Comfort is key. Suggested dress is business casual.

Cancellation Policy
You will receive a 100% refund (less 5% processing fee) if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the event and a 50% refund (less 5% processing fee) if you cancel prior to the day of the event. Substitutions are permitted at any time. We reserve the right to cancel programs without liability if enrollment levels are not met or conditions beyond our control prevail. If such a cancellation occurs, you'll receive a full refund of your registration fee.
